Where Do We Begin?

Listening is where it all begins.   We, at 3D Construction, consider the owner’s input into all phases of their project most important, with jobsite meetings and office meetings held as often as deemed necessary, at least once a week during the construction phase, and at times, once a day or every other day during critical times.  From the very beginning you will notice our high degree of knowledge and professionalism.

The staff at 3D Construction have years of experience working with architects, engineers, and one of the best teams of subcontractors/tradesmen/artisans/engineers put together.  Together these abilities value engineer your project, focusing on bringing your project into completion on time and for the least amount of your dollars.  This team works extremely well with building department officials and personnel, getting your final plans through cities, counties, and all necessary municipalities in obtaining all necessary permits.   It is our goal to meet the owner’s expectations 100% and for the owner’s to be totally satisfied with their finished project.
